In this project management case, Dr. Jinky B. Bornales, Vice脗颅 Chancellor for Research and Extension at the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, has just sealed a deal of partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for the establishment of a FAB LAB inside her university. But, her plans for this fabrication facility are thrown awry when the project 芒聙聯 originally intended to have one stakeholder 芒聙聯 suddenly has three. Bornales must now craft a project scope for the FAB LAB that satisfies all three stakeholders: the university, DTI, and the international FAB LAB Foundation. |
