Project Title: Biological computing via Physarum polycephalum durotaxis

Duration: 11 months

Salary: Php15,208.80/month

Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Will help build dual optical tweezer experimental set up.
• Will sub-culture Physarum polycephalum on regular basis.
• Fabricate sample holder and set-up using 3D printer.
• Generate codes and run simulation using IDL (Interactive Data Language).
• Perform both Laboratory experiment and simulation.
• Analyze data gathered through experiment and simulation.
• Prepare and submit progress report every quarter and technical report.
• Write paper for journal publication.
