CNC Machinist
Responsibilities:
- Under limited supervision, operates VMC (vertical machining center)
and set up procedures.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in
Engineering (Machining/Metal Fabrication) or equivalent
- 3 year of working experience as CNC Machinist
Skills Required:
- Can set-up and operate Vertical Milling Machines, knowledge on
G-Codes
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints; experience with precision
measuring tools; solid working knowledge of advanced mathematics; working
knowledge of standard measurements and working qualities of standard.
- Ability to independently anticipate, prioritize and manage multiple
priorities and to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strengthening preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment and the reduction of incidences of mechanical and electrical troubles.
- Carry out maintenance programs for the machinery, equipment, control systems, and facilities.
- Sets goals on reducing machine breakdowns to prevent loss of production hours.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing set up as maintenance staff
- Knowledgeable on maintenance and operation of CNC Milling and Lathe Machine, especially HAAS machines, FANUC Control
- Strong leadership qualities, with sense of urgency and goal-driven.
- Good communication skills and can relate with all levels in the organization.
