Qualifications, Duties and Responsibilities:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related discipline  from a reputable university
• At least above average grades in college 
• Demonstrated experience in academic or applied research, particularly in community development, social impact, or similar areas.
• Familiarity with research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, and experience in data collection and analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar tools) for quantitative data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, academic papers, and communicating research findings.
