Accounting Analysts / Sr. Analysts

Responsibilities:

• Will be working under the Accounts Payable functional group handling tasks and transactions related to:
  • invoice processing
  • payments processing
  • travel and expense processing
  • interacting with vendors, banks and clients
  • process involvement

Order to Cash Analysts / Sr. Analysts

Responsibilities:

• Will be working under the Accounts Receivables functional group handling tasks and transactions related to:
  • Collection / AR billing
  • Cash application
  • Credit management

General Accounting Analysts / Sr. Analysts

Responsibilities:

Will be working under the General Accounting functional group handling tasks and transactions related to:

• Journal entries
• Reconciliations
• Treasury / Cash management
• Period close
• Monthly standard activities
• Quality assurance

Accounting Team Leads

Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for meeting team metrics and ensuring client deliverables are met. Candidate will be overseeing a team of analysts and resolving complex issues. Supervisory tasks include:

• meeting team service level agreements
• workload balancing
• coordinating with quality team on process improvement and
• performance management of individuals

Accounting Managers

Responsibilities:

• Will lead a delivery unit of 50 - 100 accounting analysts. Candidate will be overseeing provision of controls in behalf of the client in relation to General Accounting (GL, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, MAster Data) or Pay to Process or Order to Cash. Management roles include:
  
  • Unit management - ensure site performance objectives are met, SLA's and KPI's
  • Cost management - responsible for team financials, expenses, labor and facility costs
  • Site scorecard metrics as needed by Client and Accenture Leadership
  • Risk Management - identify internal and external risks and apply appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Unit staffing and performance management
  • Unit quality and continuous improvement
