Store Manager for Iligan City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve or exeeds customer satisfaction level, productivity, cost
&
profitability targets.
- Provides and implements people development program
- Ensures adherence to all Jollibee Group operating systems,
policies, procedures
and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must not be over 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree holder or a graduate of a 4-year course
- With at least three (3) years managerial experience in retail,
manufacturing,
fast-food or from any customer oriented company
- People oriented with strong personal relations skills
- Has strong business acumen
- Articulate, possesses strong leadership ability and can lead and
drive results
from the team
- Flexible and willing to work on rotating shifts
- Must be a resident or willing to work in Iligan City, Lanao del
Norte
