CEPALCO is in need of:

COMMUNITY RELATIONS SUPERVISOR
(CUSTOMER & COMMUNITY RELATIONS DEPARTMENT)

Qualifications:

  • College graduate; any 4 year course
  • At least 2 years’ experience in any public related functions.
  • Possess the following knowledge and skills:
    Analytical Skills; Communication Skills; Driving skills;
    Computer literate; and customer oriented.

Work assignments:

  • Preparation of Information for Dissemination (Power Interruption Notices)
  • Administration of Customer Survey Results
  • To facilitate the resolution of the customer complaints
  • Requires a liaison work with NGOs/GO/LGUs
  • Assists the Dept. Head in Planning & Implementation of Community Projects.
  • Coordination & administration to Company’s annual involvement in various community activities.
  • General supervision of the secretarial services
  • Attending to Official Company guests/visitors
