Requirements

• Have solid analytical and problem solving skills, able to apply logical methods to solve problems while considering various alternatives in coming up with creative solutions.
• Be able to collaborate and work effectively with individuals and teams inside and outside IBM.
• Posses a customer service mindset while working in a diverse environment and collaborating with customers and IT resources from different cultures, across the globe.
• Be willing to travel and work in flexible/rotational shifts/weekend responsibilities, depending on the agreed service level requirements.
• Have a thorough understanding of the IT organization structure, how it fits in the bigger IBM organization, IT focus areas and strategies for the year.
