The Mining and Minerals Sector of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) is in need of:

Two (2) Science Research Specialists
SG 13 (P25,723.00/m)
Contractual

The two (2) SRS I will assist me in handling the sector particularly in the evaluation of R&D proposals for funding of the PCIEERD-DOST and monitoring of the funded R&D projects.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Mining, Metallurgical, Material Science or Chemical Engineering
  • Preferably with experience on mineral extraction
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in computer applications (MS Office)
  • Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
