NOTICE OF HIRING The Xavier University GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (XU-GLI) is now accepting applicants for PROGRAM MANAGER. Competencies: - BS graduate either in Economics, Public Administration, Sociology, Business Management, Agri-business, Marketing, Community Development, Social Work or related degrees
- Experience in the fields of program development and proposal making
- Proven competency in conducting trainings, mentoring and coaching organizations and individuals
- Linkage and networking skills with government agencies, LGUs and private sector donor institutions
- Strong background and knowledge in participatory approaches with basic understanding of Bridging Leadership (BL) Framework and Multistakeholder Processes (MSP)
- At least 3 years managerial experience
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
