Quezon City Based Assignment

MONITORING & EVALUATION COORDINATOR: Will be responsible in the development & implementation of the project’s monitoring & evaluation plan as well as the corresponding assessment tools; must have a bachelor’s degree in Health or Social Sciences; at least 2 years experience in monitoring & evaluation of health or development projects; at least 1 year experience related to community development; proficient in MS Applications; knowledge in information management and analysis systems including SPSS, Epi-Info or MS Access an advantage; excellent inter-personal skills; excellent oral & written communication skills; highly analytical with a keen eye for details.

STAFF SPIRITUAL FORMATION SPECIALIST: Must be a Bachelor’s Degree and or Diploma Course in Theology or Christian Education and/or equivalent experience in handling organized Christian Education programs; 22-35 years of age; at least 2 years experience in handling Christian education programs or spiritual formation programs and capacity in Christian education management and Christian education module development.

CAPACITY BUILDING SPECIALIST: A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree and/or Diploma Course on Training Management or an equivalent experience in training management; 22-35 years of age; at least 2 years experience in managing and/or supervising training programs.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Must be a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Sciences and or an equivalent experience in Leadership Development Management. At least 3 years experience in Capacity Building / Managing and / or supervising Leadership Training Programs; 23-35 years of age. With proficient facilitation/ delivery skills including classroom management, listening and feedback skills, experience in designing learning or training interventions, have a passion for helping people and learn new skills.

TRAINING OFFICER: Must have a minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent; 24 – 35 years old; at least two (2) years experience in the development of training designs, particularly in community development interventions; at least two (2) years experience in conducting community and organizational capacity-building activities; background in community organizing, preferably in urban settings; training experience with a wide array of audience – from grassroots implementers, supervisors and managers, definitely a plus factor; background in social research, including development of survey/assessment tools, an advantage; proficiency in the use of microsoft powerpoint; knowledge in graphics/visual communication a plus factor; excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills; knowledge of Bisaya and Ilonggo dialects, an advantage.

FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS OFFICER: A Bachelors degree in Accounting, preferably a CPA. At least 3 years of broad and deep experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis. With strength in financial planning, business management, analysis and reporting of financial data.

ACCOUNTANT: A graduate of B.S. in Accountancy, preferably CPA; 23-35 years of age; with at least 1 year experience in handling general ledger account and with strength in financial recording and analysis financial transactions, SunSystems/Vision.

PURCHASING OFFICER: This position will provide leadership and oversight in managing the operations of the purchasing section. Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Business Management or any four-year course equivalent. At least 2 years of broad and deep experience in purchasing and with strength in contract negotiations.

DONOR CARE AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: This position provides leadership in the development, implementation and coordination of holistic, innovative and progressive donor care and development strategies. The candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Marketing or other related Courses, or any Social Science Course with equivalent substantial experience in customer service, call center management and/or donor management and direct marketing. At least 3 years of broad and deep experience in leading and managing donor care & development programs preferably with focus on child sponsorship or community development; 24-35 years old. Expertise in conflict management, customer care/service, direct marketing, relationship marketing, strategic partnering, fundraising and broad understanding of transformational development ministry is an advantage.

DONOR CARE SPECIALIST: Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Marketing, or any four year course with relevant experience in telemarketing and customer care/service; at least 1 year of substantial experience and strength in telemarketing, call center or customer care/service.

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Marketing or other related Courses, or any Social Science Course with equivalent substantial experience in fund raising and relationship marketing; at least 2 years of experience and strength in corporate marketing.

DIRECT MAIL SPECIALIST: Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Marketing or other related Courses, or any Social Science Course with equivalent substantial experience in fund raising and relationship marketing; at least 2 years of broad and substantial experience in direct mail marketing and relationship marketing.

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST: Graduate of Information Technology or computer science courses; at least 2 years experience information technology support; Strong PC experience, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Microsoft PC operating systems from Windows 98 through Windows 2000/XP, networking, system and application installations and configurations along with proven problem-determination skills; effective personal communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work in a team environment.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Graduate of Social Works, Statistics or other related Courses with focus on Research and Development; at least 3 years experience in providing technical expertise and leadership on research and development; strength in conducting research, analysis and strategy development.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WORKER: Must have a bachelor degree in Allied Medical course or Social Science; 24-32 years old; at least 1-2 years experience in community organizing, preferably in urban settings; background in organizational assessment and capacity development, an advantage; previous engagement in health program/project, an advantage; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; excellent written documentation and report-making skills.

DIRECT MARKETING ASSOCIATE: With Bachelors degree in Marketing or other related Courses; at least 1 – 3 years experience in any of the following field of expertise: grants project management; project proposal making; fund raising/direct marketing; corporate and relationship marketing; telemarketing, call center or customer care/service; marketing training and development; direct mail marketing, fund raising and events management.

DONATIONS PROCESSING ASSOCIATE: Graduate of any business course; at least 1year experience in cashiering or office administration; with strong understanding of financial transactions and business practices.

COMMUNICATION ASSOCIATE: Will be responsible for the documentation of SMT project activities, events & accomplishments; will assist in the conceptualization of localized or mass media behavioral change communication strategies; must have a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Development Communications or Communication Arts; at least 1 year work experience in journalistic writing with focus on social marketing, education and/or advocacy; excellent oral & written communication skills; proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge in using print media softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, an advantage; skills in photography, an advantage.

AUDITOR: A graduate of B.S. Accountancy, must be a CPA; 23-35 years of age; with at least three years of relevant experience; knowledgeable in financial systems, internal financial controls and procedures; ability to conduct oral and written presentation of audit results; computer literate; must be willing to travel frequently across the country.

FIELD - OFFICE BASED ASSIGNMENT

LUZON: Quezon, Sorsogon, Palawan, Isabela, Aurora, Bataan and Zambales
VISAYAS 1: Iloilo, Aklan, Capiz, Antique, Cebu, Leyte and Bohol
MINDANAO 1: Surigao Norte, Surigao Sur, Surigao City, Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental, Cagayan De Oro, Agusan del Sur, Davao, General Santos, Zamboanga, and South Cotabato.

SPONSORSHIP RELATION SPECIALIST: A bachelors Degree holder in any Social Sciences course, Education or an equivalent experience in social work and child development; 22-35 years of age; with at least one to two years deep experience in working with children and communities.

SPONSORSHIP DATABASE ANALYST: A graduate of a four-year computer and management related course or an equivalent experience on IT; at least two years experience in computer related work or IT. Preferably has a deep experience on sponsorship database management with strength in data/systems management and basic troubleshooting; broad understanding of sponsorship business process and basic understanding of development philosophy and approaches and CRC. Basic understanding on managing people.

PROGRAM OFFICER: Candidates must have a bachelor’s Degree in Social Works or Community Development or equivalent work experience in community development works; at least 2 years experience in handling community development projects/program; with strength in community organizing, community mobilization, networking and project management.

I-CONNECT PROJECT OFFICER: Candidates must have a bachelors degree in Communications/Journalism or other related course; at least one or two years experience in journalism, creative writing, printed and viewed media; with experience in working in a NGO working with poor children, families and communities will be a plus factor; with strength in producing quality and interesting write-ups, photos and videos.

CHILD DISASTER AND RISK REDUCTION OFFICER: A Bachelors degree in Social Science and Development Courses and/or other related Social Science Course with equivalent substantial experience in working with children and disaster management, particularly around disaster risk reduction; At least 1 year experience in disaster management programs and/or humanitarian emergencies especially in working with children in difficult circumstances in the field; Strength in disaster management, child-based program management including advocacy on children issues and child organizing, research and documentation, community organizing, facilitating training and workshop, networking and public relations.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER: Ensures that the TB Task Forces conform to the National TB Control Program policies and guidelines on TB case finding and case holding; must have a bachelor’s degree in Allied Medical or Social Sciences; at least 2 years experience in community development & project management preferably in an urban setting; proficient in MS Office applications; excellent written documentation and report-making skills.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WORKER: Will plan, coordinate and implement strategies and activities together with the local government staff and community volunteers; must have a bachelor’s degree in Allied Medical or Social Sciences; with at least 1-year work experience in community development and project management, preferably in an urban setting; proficient in MS Office applications; excellent written documentation and report-making skills.

(2) MATERNAL CHILD, HEALTH AND NUTRITION OFFICER: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Nursing, Medicine or other relevant field; at least 3 years experience in Maternal Child health projects in the public or NGOs sector; with good facilitation skills, especially in leading training session; familiarity with the DOH policies & programs aimed at improving health and survival of women and children.
