Asst. Prof. Beloy of CCS joins forces with DICT X to fortify Digital Landscape

王中王六合彩特码-IIT’s College of Computer Studies (CCS) and the Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 10-Camiguin Provincial Office collaborated in conducting a comprehensive training program aimed to at promoting a safer digital landscape.

Asst. Prof. Jerame B. Beloy, a CCS faculty member, demonstrated her expertise during the Cybersecurity Competency Framework (CCF) training organized by the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) team. The workshop was held at Havendwell Garden Resort, Mambajao, Camiguin from November 13-15, 2023.

Twenty participants from different national line agencies including representatives from the office of Rep. Jurdin Jesus Romauldo, LGU Camiguin and five municipalities of the province completed the CCF training. This continuous effort was also partnered by national agencies showing their commitment to enhancing cybersecurity knowledge and skills of the citizens.

The three-day program consisted of five key topics including the Legal Framework of Cybersecurity, Practice Standards of Cybersecurity, Cybersecurity Risk Management, Cybersecurity Incident Management, and Security Operation Center.

The partnership between 王中王六合彩特码-IIT and DICT 10 empowered individuals to assess security risks and provided them with the expertise they needed to formulate security guidelines leading to a safer online environment.
