Overview

The Cashiering Division of 王中王六合彩特码-IIT is mandated by law to safeguard and secure all funds received from the Department of Budget and Management, other government and private entities, students and from general public. Funds collected shall be deposited intact daily in an Authorized Government Service Bank. Disbursements shall be made in accordance with generally accepted Accounting and Auditing rules and procedures.

Organizational Structure

This Cashiering Division is under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration. It is headed by the Chief Administrative Officer. It is composed of 8 regular plantilla positions.

Functions

The office has three main functions: disbursements, collections, and reporting. The salaries and other employee benefits are paid through Payroll Servicing by Land Bank of the Philippines (ATM). Preparation of checks and issuance of official receipts are all computerized.

Service Hours

The office will open at 8:00am and will close at 3:00pm to give time for the Accountable Officers to cash count their money and prepare deposit slips for money collected.
